Singing Style: With a broad spectrum of age groups represented in our fellowship, we attempt to blend choruses and hymns of worship from both contemporary and traditional genres. Whether reading lyrics and music from a hymn book or from a projector screen, our goal is to praise the name of the Lord!
Preaching: Although sometimes topical in nature, preaching on Sundays usually entails progressing through a book of the Bible, emphasizing verse by verse exegesis. The main reason for the expository preaching is that it forces us as a body of believers to study all aspects of God’s Word, and stresses Scripture above the teacher.
Teaching: Branson Bible Church offers a variety of teaching styles and approaches in Sunday school classes and Men’s and Women’s Bible studies. In Sunday school, one can listen to a scholarly lecture from God’s Word or sit in a relational class that offers more discussion; bible studies provide other times during the week to focus on God’s Word in a small group atmosphere.
Family: The family unit is central to training in God’s Word and experiencing spiritual growth. It is our belief that sound training in God’s Word in the church will help families function at their full potential.
Kids and Youth: Another assistance to families are church functions that meet kids where they are and give them a clear understanding of the gospel and an excitement for the things of God and His Word.
