For God so loved the world
that he gave his one and
only Son, that whoever
believes in him
shall not perish
but have eternal life.

(John 3:16)

For it is by grace you
have been saved,
through faith—and this
not from yourselves,
it is the gift of God—not by
works, so that no one
can boast.

(Eph. 2:8,9)

Other Opportunities

SMITE (Student Missionaries In Training for Evangelism) — A great opportunity
for our Youth to get involved in outreach. Each year we plan a Missions Trip for the
summer, and the young people who desire to attend must be diligent in meeting
various requirements in preparation.  Every few years, our goal is to make one of these
trips overseas to broaden our perspective of what the Lord is doing worldwide.

Our Teachers

Paul Griffis Picture

Paul Griffis served as a missionary for 27 years, planting churches among
un-reached people groups in the Amazon jungle—5 of those years were in Brazil with the Yanomamö natives; 22 were in Venezuela with both the Yuana and Yanomamö tribes. Paul brought his family back to the Branson area three years ago, and he currently runs a Christ-centered wilderness camp for troubled teens in Ava, MO (www.thegriffisfamily.com).  Paul is a member of the Board of Deacons at Branson Bible.

Dr. Larry Isitt

Dr. Larry Isitt is an English teacher at College of the Ozarks. Larry has been teaching adults at Branson Bible since 1997 and has progressed through Jeremiah and Colossians in their entirety among other books (currently midway through Daniel).  His approach is verse-by-verse, literal, historical, and grammatical, with attention to Greek and Hebrew.  Larry is also a member of the church Deacon board.

Darryl Ledbetter Picture

Darrell Ledbetter began teaching at Branson Bible Church in 1967, and has been a teacher or filling a position related to teaching since that time.  As a certified Missouri teacher with a BS degree in Secondary Education, Darryl taught public school for seven years.  He then spent thirty four years in the insurance industry, retiring in 1995.  Darryl is also on the Deacon board, a position he has held for more than 20 years.
